How to Roast Mushrooms
Roasting mushrooms is an easy way to bring out their deep, satisfying flavor. Try pairing them with soups, braises and stews in the winter and grilled steak in the summer.
For basic roasted mushrooms:

- Toss mushrooms with oil so they are lightly coated, using one tablespoon of oil per eight ounces of mushrooms.
- Arrange in single layer on a shallow baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring twice.
